J&M Heritage Consulting Corporation was founded from both professional experience and personal sacrifice. As a retired disabled military veteran and Combat Medic, I understand firsthand the challenges that service members and their families face during deployments, training missions, relocations, and the transition back to civilian life.

Throughout my military career, I witnessed the physical, emotional, and administrative burdens that often affect Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, and their loved ones on a daily basis. Those experiences inspired me to build a company focused on improving healthcare support systems, operational efficiency, and access to quality care for military families, veterans, and healthcare organizations that serve them.

As a father of two beautiful daughters, I also carry a deeply personal understanding of the impact military service can have on families. My children experienced both the proud moments and the difficult realities that came with having a father deployed or away on mission on numerous occasions. Their strength and resilience continue to motivate my commitment to helping other military families receive the support, compassion, and resources they deserve.

Through this business, my mission is to provide healthcare consulting services that strengthen organizations, improve patient and family experiences, and support the well-being of those who have sacrificed in service to our country.
